Individualized Skills Socialization (ISS) represents Texas’ modernized approach replacing traditional day habilitation under HCS and TxHmL waiver programs. At ABACO HEALTH CARE, our ISS services emphasize meaningful community inclusion, social connectivity, volunteer exploration, and practical life skill development tailored specifically to each participant’s goals.

We provide comprehensive Individualized Skills Socialization (ISS) services fully aligned with Texas standards:

- Volunteer & Pre-Vocational Opportunities: Fostering civic pride, responsibility, and foundational workplace habits through community volunteerism.
